Roasted Brussels SproutsRoasted Brussels sprouts are seriously my number one favorite vegetable side dish. I never get tired of them.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves.
  3. Toss in a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Transfer to a baking pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until crisp on the outside and tender inside.
