Gluten Free White Fish CakesThese Asian-style gluten free white fish cakes can be served with rice or rice noodles flavored with a little lime juice, gluten free soy sauce, and green onions.

  1. Place the chopped fish, fish sauce, garlic, and cornstarch into a food processor. Blend until well combined.
  2. With wet hands, shape the fish mixture into 12 small patties, about 1 tablespoon each.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the fish cakes for 3 minutes per side.
